Vision – modern, fully computerized library, characterized bye miscellaneous and rich database, high service culture and itself required libraries visitors’ maturity.
Strategic objectives – to stimulate the reading habits of all age libraries visitors, to content libraries visitors information needs; to computerize and modernize Public library and its branches; to popularize and stimulate districts cultural life; to create good operating conditions for libraries visitors and workers.
